'Book Northern Cyprus' collects certain information from you to enable us to process your reservation properly. This policy explains how and why we do that.

Personal information held by us is only that necessary to fulfill your reservation correctly. This includes your name, your registered adress, your telephone number(s), email address and any detailed special requirements, such as dietary preferences and details of any disabilities. This information will equally be held regarding any person travelling with you as part of your booking. At the point of booking we require the full name of the person making the booking, a contact name for each additional room booked, full address and email address. We may at any time in the future contact you we have special offers or wish to forward information. You may choose to be taken off of our mailing list at any time. Customer feedback is very important to us and we may ask you to fill out a customer satisfaction survey after your stay. You naturally have the choice whether to participate or not.

Your personal information is only shared with third parties, such as hotels, car hire companies etc, who need your information. We never sell personal details or use them in any other connection. In case of an emergency we may share personal information with third parties under certain circumstances. You can at any time ask for a copy of all the information held by us relating to you or your booking. In view of the adminstration required to carry this out, we retain the right to make a charge for this service.
