At the point of booking we require the name of the person making the booking, a name for each additional room booked, full name, full address, email address and a valid credit card number. The credit card information is held in our secure database.

Customer feedback is very important to us and we may request you to fill out a customer satisfaction survey after your stay. You have the choice to participate or not.
